Terms of Service
Simple terms for using this website and arranging plumbing by phone.
These terms cover your use of this website and the plumbing service you arrange by phone with Reynoldsburg Pro Plumbing, located at 6432 E Main St, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068. By using the site or calling our line, you agree to them.
Using this website
The pages here give general information about plumbing and our services. They are not a substitute for a plumber looking at your property. Safety steps on the site, such as shutting off water or power, are general and may not fit every home.
If you smell gas, leave the building and call the gas utility or 911 before calling us.
Arranging service by phone
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. When you call, we describe the problem with you and dispatch a plumber. Timing estimates are only estimates, since traffic, weather and other jobs can change them.
Same-day appointments are offered when the schedule allows and are not promised.
Pricing and approval
After diagnosis, the plumber gives you a clear price before work starts. Work begins only after you agree to it. If the job changes once a wall, floor or pipe is opened, we stop and explain the new scope and price before going further.
Licensing and permits
Our plumbers are licensed and insured. Some jobs need a permit or inspection, and Franklin County Public Health handles plumbing inspections in Reynoldsburg. Ask your plumber whether a permit applies to your job.
Your responsibilities
Please give accurate information about the problem and the address, and make sure a responsible adult can give access to the work area. Keep pets away from the work area, and tell us about hazards such as standing water near electrical outlets.
Limits and liability
We work to describe our services accurately, but information on this site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that arise from using general website content in place of professional advice. Nothing here limits rights you have under Ohio law.
Website content and third parties
Articles and pages here are general guides. Links to other sites are offered for convenience, and we do not control their content. Please check official sources, such as Franklin County Public Health, for current rules about permits and inspections.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms, and the version on this page applies from the moment it is posted. Questions can go to (614) 656-1470 or contact@proplumbingreynoldsburg.com. Disputes are governed by the laws of Ohio.
